Identifying and resolving the conflicts of interest arising from the performance of public duties to improve the integrity of Vietnamese civil servants

Abstract
Conflicts of interest in the performance of public duties are a potential risk leading to corruption, affecting the integrity of civil servants. Therefore, many countries have paid attention to this issue. By clarifying the identification and resolution of conflicts of interest, this study analyzes the concept and manifestations of conflicts of interest in the performance of public duties in Vietnam. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to harmoniously resolve the conflicts of interest, contributing to improving the integrity of Vietnamese civil servants.
