Discussion on improvement of innovative leadership capacity in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract

Entrepreneurial leadership style plays an important role in employees' innovative behavior and impacts business performance. This paper is to provide discussions to improve innovative entrepreneurial leadership capacity in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam.
