Applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on communication into internal communication activities of higher education institutions

Communication is a tool which was used effectively by President Ho Chi Minh to lead the revolution in Vietnam during the 20th century, create the great national unity and the solid support from international community. By analyzing Ho Chi Minh's thought on communication, this paper proposes its application into internal communication activities of higher education institutions in the current period.
