A study on the factors affecting the intention of individuals living in Quang Ngai province to use the Viettel Money’s electronic payment eco-system

Abstract

This study finds out the factors affecting the intention of individuals living in Quang Ngai province to use the Viettel Money’s electronic payment eco-system. This is the first study combining models of multivariable linear regression analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis to explore the factors affecting the intention of individuals to use electronic payment. The study surveys people living in Quang Ngai province and experts working directly for Viettel Group. The study finds out that there are ten factors affecting the intention of individuals in Quang Ngai province to use Viettel Money’s electronic payment services. These factors are listed in descending order of impact level according to Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis.
