The production improvement of Lien Vinh Production Trading Joint Stock Company

Abstract
The goal of production and trading companies is to increase their productivity as well as quality. However, many companies including Lien Vinh Production Trading Joint Stock Company are dealing with the problem of high error rates, large inventory, high production time, high production costs, etc. To solve and mitigate these problems, Lien Vinh Production Trading Joint Stock Company has applied the Kaizen method to strengthen its production. Kaizen or continual improvement is a lean production method and it aims to improve performance, enhance quality and lower costs. This paper presents the production improvement of Lien Vinh Production Trading Joint Stock Company after implementing the Kaizen method.
