Developing human resources for traditional craft villages in Phuc Tho district, Hanoi

Facilitating the sustainable development of local traditional craft villages is one of the goals of Phuc Tho district, Hanoi. However, it needs appropriate and effective policies to promote the sustainable development of Phuc Tho district’s traditional craft villages. This study explores the impacts of human resource development policies on the development of traditional craft villages in Phuc Tho district. Based on the study’s findings, some policy implications are proposed to facilitate the development of human resources in Phuc Tho district’s traditional craft villages in the coming time.
