Strengthening the management of public assets at district-level state administrative agencies in Nghe An province

Abstract
Law on Management and Use of Public Assets No. 15/2017/QH14 aims to fully and comprehensively manage public assets, increase the efficiency of asset use through professional management methods in accordance to market principles while still enhancing the autonomy of agencies and units in the management and use of assets in association with publicity, transparency and supervision of the community on the management and use of public assets. However, the use of public assets at district-level administrative agencies still has some shortcomings and limitations. This paper proposes some solutions to strengthen the management of public assets at district-level state administrative agencies in Nghe An province in order to improve the efficiency of management and use of public assets at the district-level.
