Assessing the satisfaction of European tourists with the quality of tourist guides in Vietnam

Abstract
This study identifies that there are six factors affecting the satisfaction of European tourists with the quality of tourist guides in Vietnam. These factors, listed in the descending order of impacting level, are: organizational skill, problem-solving skill, professional competence, guiding attitude, foreign language skill, tourist guide’s appearance. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the quality of tourist guides in order to enhance the satisfaction of European tourists when they travel to Vietnam.
