Developing the digital transformation framework for higher education institutions: Seven major aspects

Abstract
The current digital transformation trend in the education sector has been fueled by the COVID-19 pandemic and the latest advancements in information technology. Digital technology has become the core development strategy of many educational institutions, especially higher education institutions, and new educational and training programs. This paper proposes a framework for digital transformation with seven major aspects that higher education institutions can implement to improve their digital learning activities.
