Factors affecting the employee engagement at Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation

Abstract

This study is to identify and measure the factors affecting the employee engagement at Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Sabeco). The study’s results show that there are 06 factors affecting the employee engagement at Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation, namely: (1) salary, bonus and welfare, (2) training, development and promotion, (3) support of the company and colleagues, (4) leadership support, (5) working environment and policies, and (6) nature of work. The study’s research model explains 68.6% of the variation of the dependent variable through 6 factors of the independent variable.
