Solutions to improve the competitiveness of shipbuilding companies in Hai Phong city

Abstract
The competition is getting more intense as economic integration gets deeper and wider. Integration would help companies have opportunities to access to new equipment, technologies, management techniques, markets, and international business partnerships. However, shipbuilding companies in Hai Phong city also face numerous challenges brought by the integration. These challenges include the merger and acquisition from large enterprises and the competition from imported parts and goods. As a result, shipbuilding companies in Hai Phong city have to actively seek for solutions to improve their competitiveness in the coming time. This paper presents some solutions to improve the competitiveness of shipbuilding companies in Hai Phong city.
