The current development of human resources for health in suburban areas and some recommendations

Abstract
It is urgent and necessary to find out practical solutions to improve the human resources for health in suburban areas in order to meet the demand for health care in the coming time. This paper proposes some measures to reform the legal system, improve the recruitment of health workers, and enhance the quality of health care activities in suburban areas.
