Factors affecting the effectiveness of inspector training activities at Hanoi Department of Construction

Abstract
Human resource training in Vietnam and in the world has received great attention. However, there is no researches about the effectiveness of training activities and the factors affecting the training effectiveness in Vietnam, especially researches in specific fields such as the construction inspection. In addition, it is very difficult to put theory into practice. This study is to determine the factors affecting the effectiveness of inspector training activities at Hanoi Department of Construction.
This study is conducted by using secondary data of previous published studies about the effectiveness of human resource training activities in Vietnam and in the world. By using statistics, analysis, comparison methods and reviewing researches, a research model consisting of 5 basic factors affecting the effectiveness of human resource training activities is proposed.
