Digital transformation in nutrition consulting and menu management at tourism food and beverage service establishments

Nutrition consulting and menu management at tourism food and beverage service establishments are facing the need for innovation in both management methods and service delivery in order to meet the growing health-oriented consumption trend in the context of digital transformation. This study clarifies several theoretical issues related to digital transformation in nutrition consulting and menu management and analyzes the current application of digital technologies at tourism food and beverage service establishments. On that basis, the study proposes several key solutions, including building a nutrition database, developing smart nutrition consulting and menu management systems, improving the quality of human resources, and innovating the management model toward a customer-centered approach.
