Abstract
In the context of globalization and digital transformation, students’ employability has become a major concern for educational institutions. This study analyzes the impact of various skills on students’ employability. Data were collected from university students and analyzed using SPSS through Cronbach’s Alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and regression analysis. The results indicate that career development support skills and learning ability have a positive impact on employability. In contrast, problem-solving skills and situational judgment skills do not show statistical significance. Based on these findings, the study proposes managerial implications to enhance students’ employability in response to current labor market demands.
