Impact of ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems on production efficiency in printing enterprises: A case study of Ha An Printing Company

Abstract
In the context of increasing environmental protection requirements and the need to improve equipment productivity in the printing industry, the implementation of environmental management systems based on ISO 14001:2015 is considered an effective solution. This study evaluates the impact of ISO 14001:2015 implementation at Ha An Printing Company through production data analysis combined with surveys and employee interviews. The results show that average equipment productivity increases from 1,817 pcs/h to 2,310 pcs/h (an increase of 27.13%), while the defect rate decreases from 2.89% to 2.33% (a reduction of 18.34%). Based on these findings, the study proposes solutions to support printing enterprises in enhancing environmental management, ensuring occupational safety, and maintaining employee satisfaction.
