Green intellectual capital in supply chains and its impact on green collaborative behavior between enterprises and partners

Green intellectual capital is increasingly recognized as a critical resource that enables enterprises to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable development goals. Through the accumulation of environmental knowledge, experience, technologies, and relational networks, firms can promote green collaborative behavior with partners within supply chains. This study analyzes the current state of green intellectual capital development and green collaborative behavior in Vietnam, and proposes solutions to strengthen cooperation effectiveness among stakeholders in supply chains.
