Factors driving employees’ intention to adopt digital transformation in Vietnam

Abstract

This review study aims to identify factors driving employees’ intention to adopt digital transformation in Vietnam. Based on TAM, UTAUT2, Organizational Change Theory, and Person–Environment Interaction Theory, along with prior studies, six key factors are identified: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating conditions, organizational commitment and trust, and digital leadership support. These factors are critical for organizations to enhance employees’ acceptance of digital transformation initiatives.
