Improving the maintenance planning and scheduling process for electric vehicle charging stations in technical service enterprises

The rapid development of electric vehicle infrastructure in Vietnam is placing increasing demands on maintenance management to ensure operational stability. This study analyzes the current status of maintenance planning and scheduling at a technical service enterprise, thereby identifying the strengths and limitations of the planning process. It then proposes improvement methods to standardize the process and provide better support for the management and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations in Vietnam in the future. Based on a study of the current situation at a technical service enterprise, the article proposes several process improvement solutions to enhance planning efficiency and work coordination, including standardizing Work Orders, developing a task classification mechanism, improving data collection, and establishing detailed daily and weekly work schedules. The research results provide practical suggestions for improving maintenance management efficiency in enterprises providing electric vehicle charging infrastructure services, especially in the context of a promising and growing market.
