Vai trò của người ảnh hưởng trong việc khuyến khích hành vi vì môi trường của khách hàng

Abstract

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xem xét sự ảnh hưởng trực tiếp và gián tiếp (thông qua nhận thức) của nội dung chân thực từ người ảnh hưởng đến hành vi vì môi trường của người tiêu dùng trong lĩnh vực khách sạn. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu cũng xem xét vai trò điều tiết của định danh bản thân vì môi trường. Dữ liệu thu thập từ 405 khách hàng và được phân tích bằng phần mềm SmartPLS 4.0. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy, nội dung chân thực của influencer có tác động trực tiếp và gián tiếp đến hành vi vì môi trường. Ngoài ra, định danh bản thân vì môi trường được xác nhận chỉ có vai trò điều tiết trong mối quan hệ giữa nội dung chân thực và nhận thức của khách hàng. Nghiên cứu góp phần mở rộng lý thuyết TPB và TRA trong bối cảnh influencer Marketing và hành vi tiêu dùng xanh.
