Enforcement of environmental protection law in agricultural production in Vietnam

Abstract
Environmental protection in agricultural production is essential to ensuring sustainable agricultural development and the efficient use of natural resources. This study examines the current enforcement of environmental protection law in agricultural production in Vietnam, with a focus on waste management, the use of fertilizers and pesticides, and the responsibilities of agricultural producers. Based on an assessment of the achievements and remaining limitations in law enforcement, the study proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of legal implementation, strengthen the responsibilities of relevant actors, and contribute to environmental protection in agricultural production.
