Đạo đức AI trong tuyển dụng và đánh giá hiệu suất nhân sự

AI. Trí tuệ nhân tạo (Artificial Intelligence) đang tạo ra những thay đổi sâu rộng trong quản trị nguồn nhân lực hiện đại, đặc biệt trong hoạt động tuyển dụng và đánh giá hiệu suất nhân viên. Tuy nhiên, việc ứng dụng AI cũng đặt ra nhiều vấn đề đạo đức như thiên vị thuật toán, thiếu minh bạch, xâm phạm quyền riêng tư và nguy cơ phân biệt đối xử trong môi trường lao động. Nghiên cứu này phân tích các khía cạnh đạo đức của AI trong tuyển dụng và đánh giá hiệu suất nhân viên được nhóm tác giả  sử dụng dựa trên phương pháp tổng quan tài liệu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, AI vừa tạo ra cơ hội nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị nhân sự vừa tiềm ẩn nhiều rủi ro về công bằng và trách nhiệm xã hội nếu thiếu cơ chế kiểm soát phù hợp. Từ đó, nhóm tác giả  đề xuất các nguyên tắc xây dựng hệ thống AI có đạo đức trong quản trị nguồn nhân lực nhằm bảo đảm tính minh bạch, công bằng, nhân văn trong hoạt động doanh nghiệp và tổ chức nói chung.
