Enhancing the effectiveness of legal implementation in electronic archival records management at state administrative agencies in Vietnam

Amid accelerating digital transformation and the development of a modern public administration, electronic archival records management has become an essential requirement for state administrative agencies. Effective implementation of the law governing electronic archival records not only improves management and administrative efficiency but also ensures transparency, information security, and effective use of archival resources. However, implementation continues to face limitations in awareness, technical infrastructure, and human resources. This study examines these issues and proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing legal regulations on electronic archival records management at state administrative agencies in Vietnam.
