Enhancing the effectiveness of legal implementation in safeguarding workers’ rights in private enterprises in Vietnam today

Safeguarding workers’ rights is an important requirement in the development of Vietnam’s socialist-oriented market economy and international integration. In private enterprises, implementation of labor law has produced positive results, contributing to the protection of workers’ lawful rights and interests and promoting sustainable development. However, violations relating to wages, working hours, social insurance, and occupational safety continue to occur in practice. This study analyzes the current implementation of laws protecting workers’ rights in private enterprises in Vietnam and proposes several solutions to improve legal compliance and strengthen the protection of workers’ rights in the current period.
