Examining the review of legal normative documents in the field of home affairs in Vietnam today

The field of home affairs plays an important role in the organization and operation of the state administrative apparatus and in the management of cadres, civil servants, and public employees. Although the system of legal normative documents in this field has been progressively improved during administrative reform, overlaps, inconsistencies, and provisions that do not fully reflect practical requirements remain. Reviewing legal normative documents is therefore essential to ensuring constitutionality, legality, and consistency within the legal system and protecting the lawful rights and interests of organizations and individuals. This study analyzes theoretical and practical issues relating to the review of legal normative documents in the field of home affairs and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work in Vietnam.
