Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm hệ thống tri thức về hiện tượng “AI washing” hay còn gọi là thổi phồng AI bằng phương pháp tổng quan tự sự,từ đó làm rõ hành vi doanh nghiệp nguỵ tạo năng lực của trí tuệ nhân tạo với mục tiêu trục lợi tiếp thị và gia tăng lợi thế cạnh tranh. Dựa trên cơ sở tích hợp của lý thuyết quản trị, nghiên cứu thực hiện tổng quan và trình bày động lực thúc đẩy đến hành vi thổi phồng AI thông qua khung tam giác gian lận, các hình thức thổi phồng AI cũng như hệ quả quản trị lâu dài của hiện tượng này tác động đến doanh nghiệp. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất hàm ý quản trị phù hợp cho doanh nghiệp khi thực hiện tích hợp AI trong quá trình vận hành.
