Abstract
Job satisfaction is an important issue in human resource management at joint-stock commercial banks, particularly amid digital transformation, increasing productivity requirements, and intensified competition for qualified employees. This study describes the current level of job satisfaction among employees at selected commercial banks in Hanoi. Data were collected from 500 surveyed employees, yielding 455 valid responses. Descriptive statistics based on a five-point Likert scale were used to assess job satisfaction. The findings show that all job satisfaction indicators received high evaluations, with mean scores ranging from 4.63 to 4.67. The results provide practical evidence for commercial banks to further improve human resource policies, strengthen employee experience, and maintain high levels of job satisfaction in a rapidly changing banking environment.
