Employee motivation at VTC Technology and Digital Content Joint Stock Company

Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes employee motivation at VTC Technology and Digital Content Joint Stock Company (VTC Intecom) amid increasing competition for highly skilled workers in the digital technology sector. Drawing on the motivation theories of Maslow, Herzberg, Vroom, and Adams, the study combines document analysis, descriptive statistics, and employee surveys. The findings show that the company has established relatively competitive salary, bonus, and benefit systems, while emphasizing training, human resource development, a modern working environment, and a positive corporate culture. However, limitations remain in compensation flexibility, career development opportunities across departments, workload pressure in certain positions, and the long-term engagement of younger employees. The study proposes measures to improve compensation, training effectiveness, working conditions, and employee engagement.
