Abstract
This study measures the effects of various factors on entrepreneurial motivation among university students in Ho Chi Minh City using SPSS 25 and AMOS 20. The analysis is based on survey data collected from 450 university students in Ho Chi Minh City between March and May 2026. The findings show that entrepreneurial promotion, local attachment, future orientation, psychological stress, and university social responsibility all have positive effects on students’ entrepreneurial motivation. The results highlight the combined influence of university support, community attachment, future-oriented thinking, psychological conditions, and institutional social responsibility on students’ motivation to pursue entrepreneurial activities.
