Các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định sử dụng sản phẩm nhà thông minh của người tiêu dùng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Tóm tắt

Dựa trên Mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ và Lý thuyết thống nhất về chấp nhận và sử dụng công nghệ, nghiên cứu đề xuất mô hình gồm 6 nhân tố: nhận thức tính hữu ích, nhận thức chi phí, nhận thức tính dễ sử dụng, nhận thức độ tin cậy, ảnh hưởng xã hội và nhận thức an toàn. Kết quả cho thấy, nhận thức độ tin cậy, nhận thức tính dễ sử dụng, nhận thức tính hữu ích và nhận thức an toàn có tác động tích cực đến ý định sử dụng; nhận thức chi phí có tác động tiêu cực; trong khi ảnh hưởng xã hội không có ý nghĩa thống kê. Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp hàm ý cho doanh nghiệp trong việc nâng cao độ tin cậy, đơn giản hóa trải nghiệm sử dụng, gia tăng giá trị cảm nhận, bảo đảm an toàn và tối ưu hóa chính sách chi phí nhằm thúc đẩy ý định sử dụng sản phẩm nhà thông minh.
