Thành phần hóa học và hoạt tính chống oxy hóa của tinh dầu cỏ Lào (Chromolaena odorata L.), họ cúc (Asteraceae)

Nghiên cứu nhằm phân tích thành phần hóa học và đánh giá khả năng chống oxy hóa DPPH của tinh dầu lá và hoa cỏ Lào (Chromolaena odorata L). Bằng phương pháp chưng cất lôi cuốn hơi nước, hiệu suất trích tinh dầu lá và hoa cỏ Lào lần lượt là 0,30% và 0,34% (w/w). Sử dụng phương pháp phân tích GC-MS đã xác định 63 hợp chất trong tinh dầu lá và 98 hợp chất trong tinh dầu hoa, chiếm tương ứng 97,22% và 97,64% tổng thành phần. Các hợp chất germacrene D (22,08%), geijerene (20,92%), trans-caryophyllene (11,51%), dictamnol (5,78%) và a-pinene (5,32%) và d-cadinene (5,06%) là thành phần chính của cả hai loại tinh dầu lá và hoa. Hoạt tính chống oxy hóa DPPH của tinh dầu hoa (SC₅₀ = 3.443 ± 0.040 mg/mL) thể hiện mạnh hơn khoảng 3.8 lần so với tinh dầu lá cỏ Lào (SC₅₀ = 13.190 ± 0.353 mg/mL.
