Promoting dual transformation in the logistics industry: Lessons from Singapore and China and implications for Vietnam

Abstract
Dual transformation, combining digitalization and green transition, is becoming a key trend in the global logistics industry. This study analyzes regulatory mechanisms and policy support in Singapore and China. The results show that Singapore emphasizes transparent legal frameworks and integrated digital-green ecosystems, while China focuses on large-scale infrastructure and centralized governance. Based on this, the study proposes policy implications for Vietnam to promote dual transformation in logistics.
