Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự sẵn lòng chi trả cho phiên bản tính phí của ChatGPT

Nghiên cứu đánh giá các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự sẵn lòng chi trả cho phiên bản tính phí của ChatGPT của người dùng tại Việt Nam. Qua đó đo lường mức độ tác động của các yếu tố đến sự sẵn lòng chi trả. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị giúp tối ưu hóa chiến lược chuyển đổi của khách hàng sang phiên bản cao cấp của ChatGPT. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, có 3 yếu tố ảnh hưởng tích cực và có ý nghĩa thống kê đến sự sẵn lòng chi trả: Sự hài lòng (β = 0,363), Cảm nhận về giá (β = 0,327) và Tiếp thu và Ứng dụng kiến thức (β = 0,223).
