Language, communication, and corporate culture: an integrated theoretical framework
Published: August 4, 2026
Abstract
In the context of globalization and digital transformation, businesses face increasing pressure to cultivate work environments that are effective, engaging, and conducive to innovation. While prior research has examined the individual roles of language, communication, and organizational culture, there remains a lack of integrative frameworks that consider their combined influence. Addressing this gap, the present study adopts a theoretical approach, synthesizing existing literature to develop a comprehensive conceptual framework. The analysis demonstrates that the interaction of language, communication, and culture generates a synergistic effect on business performance, reflected in enhanced innovation capacity, stronger employee engagement, and greater organizational adaptability. These findings contribute to a more holistic understanding of the intangible drivers of performance in contemporary organizations.
