Developing smart delivery locker models for high-end apartment buildings in Vietnam

Abstract

Smart lockers deliver multifaceted benefits across the logistics supply chain, benefiting transportation providers, e-commerce platforms, and end consumers alike. This study analyzes the conceptual foundations, implementation practices, advantages, limitations, and future development prospects of the smart locker model in high-end apartment complexes in Vietnam. The analysis underscores the role of smart lockers in advancing smart urban logistics services and enhancing last-mile delivery efficiency within the context of urban digitalization.
