Artificial intelligence–driven analysis of research trends in creativity, innovation, and empowering leadership
Published: August 4, 2026
Abstract
This study examines the interrelationships among creativity, innovative behavior, and job performance within the framework of empowering leadership, while concurrently tracing the scientific evolution and intellectual structure of this research field through bibliometric analysis. Employing the Biblo AI 5.0 tool in R Biblioshiny, the study analyzes 1,673 Scopus-indexed publications from 2016 to 2025 and visualizes scholarly patterns through keyword, author, and country networks. The results identify several core thematic clusters, namely creativity, work engagement, empowering leadership, and innovative behavior, with creativity emerging as the central integrative construct. Significant scholarly contributions are observed from countries including Australia, Brazil, and Belgium. Overall, the findings confirm the critical role of creativity and innovative behavior in enhancing job performance under empowering leadership and demonstrate the growing relevance of artificial intelligence–driven bibliometric techniques in advancing large-scale research analysis in the digital era.
