This study examines the distribution channel system of Vinh Thang Joint Stock Company over the period 2021 - 2024, focusing on operational efficiency, market coverage, and the level of engagement among distribution intermediaries. Drawing on a comprehensive analytical framework, the findings reveal several structural and managerial constraints, including elevated distribution costs, an uneven allocation of agents across market regions, and the limited integration of digital technologies in channel management.
