Abstract
This study examines the role of employer branding in attracting high-quality human resources, emphasizing its strategic importance for organizational competitiveness. Drawing on empirical findings, the research analyzes how employer branding influences talent acquisition in service-oriented businesses and identifies key factors shaping effective brand positioning. The results highlight the need for organizations to develop a clear understanding of employer branding as a strategic asset, align positioning with evolving labor market trends, and critically assess their internal strengths and limitations. These insights contribute to a more nuanced understanding of employer branding practices and their implications for enhancing the quality of human capital in service sectors.
