Solutions for improving the efficiency of human resource planning in welding operations at TS Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Welding lines are highly labor-intensive operations that depend critically on worker skill and the coordination between personnel and equipment, rendering human resource planning complex and prone to variability. This study examines the current state of workforce planning and utilization in the welding line of TS Vietnam Co., Ltd., with a focus on identifying sources of inefficiency and suboptimal labor allocation. Through systematic analysis, the findings reveal key factors contributing to resource waste and operational imbalances. The study thus provides an evidence-based assessment of how Lean and Kaizen principles can be applied to improve workforce efficiency and optimize production performance in manufacturing settings.
