Researching Recruitment Needs and Job Applications for Positions in the Logistics Industry in Hai Phong City

Abstract
This study analyzed the gap between the recruitment requirements of businesses and the job-seeking needs of logistics students in Hai Phong City. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was used, with in-depth interviews with human resource professionals from businesses to develop scales and questionnaires, and surveys conducted with businesses and students. The data assessed the importance, responsiveness, and identified the gap between the two sides. The results showed a significant disparity in professional skills, soft skills, practical experience, and career attitudes among students. Based on this, the study proposes solutions to narrow the labor supply-demand gap in the logistics industry in Hai Phonglogistics, recruitment requirements, job search needs.
