The role of human resource in the sustainable development of port operators in Hai Phong - using the fuzzy DEMATEL method

Abstract

Human resource is considered as a crucial asset for the sustainable development of companies in general and port operators in particular. This study uses the fuzzy DEMATEL method to assess the important role of human resource in the development of port operators in Hai Phong. The study’s results show that the human resource quality, which has a positive impact on the economic, environmental, and social efficiency of port operators, facilitates the sustainable development of port operators in Hai Phong.
