Using Blockchain technology for real estate registration in some countries and directions for Vietnam

Abstract
Along with technological developments, the provision of public and transparent information facilitate the economy develop, help individuals and companies access to clearer and more accurate information. One of the fields which the technology is being piloted is real estate registration via Blockchain technology. This paper studies the use of Blockchain technology in some countries to draw lessons learnt for the application of Blockchain technology for the property registration in Vietnam.
