Factors influencing work readiness of college graduates in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
Nowaday, many employers demand that students after graduating from vocational schools have high work readiness. There are many factors that influence a student's work readiness. Research has shown that factors affecting students' work readiness include social intelligence; psychological capital, professional knowledge; sense of coherence; working policy, in which the factor of psychological capital and professional knowledge has the strongest impact. And most students feel anxious about their upcoming job after graduation.
