Solutions to improve the People's Procuracy sector’s mechanisms and policies on human resources development

Based on the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam on human resource development, the People's Procuracy sector in Vietnam has issued mechanisms and policies to create a legal environment for its human resource development. However, in order to meet the requirements of judicial reform and international integration, and perform the functions and tasks in the new period, it is necessary for Vietnam’s People's Procuracy sector to keep improving its mechanisms and policies to facilitate the human resource development in the coming time. This paper researches and proposes some solutions to improve the mechanisms and policies for human resources development in the People's Procuracy sector.
