Solutions to help Gia Lai province develop its own culinary tourism

Abstract

Gia Lai province has a diverse and rich regional culture. Various ethnic groups live in the province have created unique cultural characteristics of Gia Lai province including the culinary culture. However, the province has not yet exploited its culinary culture in terms of tourism product development. This paper proposes some solutions to help Gia Lai province take advantage of its culinary culture in promoting provincial tourism activities, and establishing a model of culinary tourism for the province. This paper is expected to support the province to diversify its tourism products and facilitate the provincial tourism sector’s development.
