Awareness and behavior of consumers in Gia Lam district, Hanoi city towards VietGAP foods

Abstract

Consumption of safety food is a current consumption trend and many consumers are interested in VietGAP foods. This study is to clarify the awareness and behavior of consumers in Gia Lam district, Hanoi city towards VietGAP foods. The poll method and in-depth interview method are used in the study to collect data. The study finds out that consumers are well aware of VietGAP food, but they mainly use cultivated food.
