Solutions to enhance the working motivation of employees at Vietnam Bank for Social Policies’ branches in the Southwest

Abstract
This study is to propose a number of governance implications to enhance the working motivation of employees at Vietnam Bank for Social Policies’ branches in the Southwest. Exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis methods are used in this study to analyze data collected from 195 employees working at branches of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies in the Southwest. The study finds out that there are four factors affecting positively the working motivation of employees, including: work environment, work psychology, income and benefits policies, and relationship with coworker.
