Analyzing the development of innovative start-up business incubation in Vietnam from the perspective of experts, enterprises and educational institutions

Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation of several factors affecting the development of innovative start-up business incubation in Vietnam. The paper also determines the changes of these factors, and achievements and limitations of the innovative start-up business incubation in Vietnam. By calculating the results of the survey of enterprises on the scales of each influencing factor, the paper makes several recommendations to support the development of the innovative start-up business incubation in Vietnam.
