Analyzing the development of high-quality tourism human resources in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and solutions

This study sheds light on the theory of the quality of human resources in the field of high-quality tourism. The study also presents the reality and the necessary demands in training and developing high-quality tourism resources in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province to response the provincial development scheme in the period of 2020 - 2025 with a vision to 2030 in the spirit of the Resolution of the 7th Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam that aims to “develop Ba Ria - Vung Tau province as a strong province in terms of industry, seaport, tourism and high-tech agriculture”. The study proposes some solutions to help Ba Ria - Vung Tau province response to the requirements and challenges for the development of high-quality tourism human resources.
