Reactions of the market to announcements about changes in the board of directors of listed seaport enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract
This study uses the event research method to analyze the market's reaction to announcements about changes in the board of directors of listed seaport enterprises in Vietnam. The study finds out that investors view changes in the board of directors as bad news and the market is inefficient with the news.
